What we collect
- Name, company, e-mail, phone and message content you enter in the contact and quote forms.
- If you have an account: your username, display name and authorisation level.
- Security logs: IP address, browser information, visit time, pages viewed and documents downloaded.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, run the quote process, restrict confidential product information to authorised users, detect unauthorised access and improve the site. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your session alive. Measurement cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See the cookie policy for details.
Retention and security
Form records are kept for up to 2 years and access logs for up to 180 days. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, management screens require authorisation, data in transit is encrypted with SSL and backups are taken regularly.
